I, Jonathan Beit-Aharon, do not collect, store, use or disclose personally identifying information except as described below.

I provide a Mainframe RPG and RPGII software translation service based on contractual agreement with customers.   I also provide an integrated manufacturing and distribution accounting application ("SandyV").

E-mail communications and notes taken during Telephone conversations are the only form of contact information recorded by me for a potential customer making an inquiry.   The only way this information is or will ever be used by me is for direct communications between me and the customer or potential customer.   The e-mail is as secure as Google's gmail service is.   The Google account password is a "Strong" password.

Upon successful completion of a Service project, I may request a customer to allow me to name them on the J&C Migrations web pages, write or approve a testimonial for these web pages, and/or provide references for subsequent potential customers.   Any customer contact information will only be disclosed by me per the satisfied customer's explicit permission or operation of law (court order).

Technical information provided by me to customers, and by customers to me, is covered by explicit Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure Agreements (such as this mutual Confidentiality Agreement ).
